Thursday, December 18th, 2008

Have you ever had the sleepless nights worrying about how you are going to pay your bills?  Do you ever get stressed out over your Credit Card companies calling you, looking for their payment?  There are a lot of us out there.  Stress affects your overall health.  This is the season for high stress levels especially when it come to debt.  Well, there is an answer… The Money Merge Account by United First Financial.

There was an article written by Jeannine Aversa, Associated Press for USA Today.  It’s title “Stress over debt taking toll on health:.  In her article, she has the following statistics:

• 27% had ulcers or digestive tract problems, compared with 8% of those with low levels of debt stress.

• 44% had migraines or other headaches, compared with 15%.

• 29% suffered severe anxiety, compared with 4%.

• 23% had severe depression, compared with 4%.

• 6% reported heart attacks, double the rate for those with low debt stress.

• More than half, 51%, had muscle tension, including pain in the lower back. That compared with 31% of those with low levels of debt stress.”

Now that we know what is causing the symptoms many of us are feeling, let’s look at the cure.

The Money Merge Acount by United First Financial is the cure for the ails that the stress from debt brings.  The Money Merge Account is a GPS for your finances.  It will look at how your money flows through you accounts and put it to work for you 24/7 365days a week.  It will get you from where you are debt wise to a zero balance in the fastest way possible paying the least amount of interest.  This program will work for anyone who has any positive cash flow, whether it is $1 or $1000.  This takes the stress of how much to pay, what to pay, out of your hands and puts it at a click of a button.  Sleepless nights will be a thing of the past.

Work at Home Mom

Monday, December 8th, 2008

I count my blessing every day for the opportunity that United First Financial and the Money Merge Account has afforded me.  I have been a part of United First Financial for the past 2 years.  When I first became an agent, I was working as an Account Executive for a major Subprime Lender.  I was looking at UFirst as another source of income, but not my main income.  Life in the mortgage business has changed drastically in the past year.  I was able to leave my job in February of this year and work full time on my UFirst business.  It has afforded me the luxuries of working from home and being able to be home with my boys.

This company has changed my life.  It has given me an outlet to help other people as I am helping myself.  There is a quote that I have on my emails, “When some shares something of value with you and you benefit from it, you have a moral obligation to share it with others.”  That is exactly what I am doing with my United First Financial business.  I have been able to help my clients turn their lives around.  They now see a light at the end of their debt tunnel.  They now have a road map on what they need to do to become debt free in record time.  The money Merge Account does this for them.  It takes the weight of their debt off their shoulders and races it towards the finish line.

By building my business with United First Financial, it has afforded me the opportunity to spend more time with my boys.  I am able to pick them up after school and not have to put them in day care all the time.  I was able to spend the summer with them instead of having them in camps all summer long.  My UFirst business has given me the freedom to be with my family.  This is such a fantastic opportunity.  It is work though.  You have to be dedicated and thorough.  You always have to juggle the balance between business, family and life, but United First has made that juggling act easier.

So if any of you who are looking into working from home, look into UFirst.  It is a pehnimenal opportunity that is only getting bigger and better as we go along.  Contact me if you want more information.
